Grade 2

2nd grade is currently working on Theme 6 of Houghton Mifflin: Talent Show in reading. In math, we are working on Chapter 9: Measurement and Probability. Some classes have been working on a unit in Health, while others have been working on the Skeeters unit in Science as well as units of Social Studies. All classes continue to complete phonics activities designed to strengthen the fluency of the students. Also, we have been writing persuasive letters in writing as well as continuing to work on our English and grammar skills through our Houghton Mifflin English curriculum.
